Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and property, as well as the amenities of the Blue Mountain Lake Community. Enjoy the serene surroundings and recreational facilities, including fishing, which requires a valid license for anyone 16 years or older and is catch-and-release only. Please note, due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. All guests must be registered prior to check-in.
