☀ No smoking: Smokers will be fined $250.

☀ Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
☀ Check-in/Check-out:
Early Check-in or late check-out is possible if we do not have a booking the same day. Please message us for any requests.
Failure to leave at the scheduled check-out time will result in a $250 fee.
☀ Guest Check-in:
Entry will be by keyless entry.
Guest check-in screening will occur via security camera.
Please ensure the reservation accounts for the correct number of guests and pets (2 pet maximum).
☀ Pet Rules:
2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation.
Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine in addition to required payments.
Pets cannot be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard.
Please pick up after your pets inside and outside of the home.
All pets must be on a leash in the community area.
☀ Fire Pit & Pellet Stove:
Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to be delivered upon request.
☀ Hot Tub:
Refer to the guidebook for instructions on using the hot tub if you are unfamiliar with the modes/temperature settings. Failure to use it correctly can result in improper temperature or settings.
Do not add any oils/soaps/bubbles/liquids to the hot tub. A $250 fine will be charged to any guest if liquids are added to rebalance the tub.
Please rinse off prior to use to reduce contaminants.
Enter and exit slowly.
No jumping or diving in.
Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub.
Elderly or pregnant people should consult a doctor prior to use.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Leave the temperature at 96-100, jets off, and cover on when not in use to preserve the temperature for future use.
Although towels are provided for the stay, please plan accordingly and pack additional pool towels for hot tub use.
☀ Trash Rules:
Trash must be placed at the compactor site: 1112 Glade Drive, Long Pond, PA 18334. The pass is under the plant in the kitchen on the shelf to the left. Please return it to the same place after trash has been dropped off. Hours for drop-off are Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Separate recyclables such as plastic, glass, and aluminum and deposit them in the appropriate dumpster.
☀ Community Rules:
All Emerald Lakes amenities are available with the purchase of passes for an additional fee. 1-day passes are $20/person, 3-day passes are $30/person, and 7-day passes are $50/person. Passes can be purchased on-site at the pool/community center or administration office located at 1112 Glade Dr S, Long Pond, PA.
☀ Parking:
5 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
☀ Laundry Space:
Washer/dryer located in the home for use.
Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing laundry during your stay.
