I don’t know what’s wrong with it. And we’re not technical people. He thinks maybe it’s just that box thingy but I don’t know it’s got to go. He went out and bought a new one that doesn’t have that box thingy so we can’t even try it.

Here’s what I do now. It worked fine until he dropped the charging box that you plug it into. He did not drop the game he dropped the black box. Then it stopped working
