Each crown is 3D printed in PLA+ and prepared and painted to match the color and weathering seen in the show. I use a unique weathering technique including fine graphite powder to give the crown a metallic sheen.
The crown can be printed in just about any size to fit any head, however everyone’s head shape is different so it’s hard to get a one size fits all. The crown can also be shaped by applying some heat to the inner band for a more perfect fit. If you have any questions about this process please do some research on heating 3D prints or ask me before you damage the crown. I will not be providing any replacements or refunds for destroyed crowns during the fitting process.
Default crown size fits 23.5” circumference head, the crown is 11” tall. if you need it in a different size please contact me so I can print it appropriately.
