Up on offer is a rare pair of Rolling Dub Trio Gleaners in size 8.

Rolling Dub Trio is an artisanal boot maker based out in Asakusa, Tokyo. Focusing on heritage fits and lasts and excellent hardware, they’ve gained a cult following both locally and overseas. Due to high demand, their current release format is a lottery based system and most models sell out on the day of release. There are several international stockist but stock is generally limited. Gleaners in this leather option are currently sold out everywhere.

On offer is their side zip boots “Gleaners” in embossed black calf. Much sleeker compared to their other offerings, they Gleaners boots feature a curved logger like heel, pointed toe box, pull tabs and vibram rubber outsole. Item is in good condition with slight wear, worn for less than a dozen times. Of note is a scuff on the inner left boot as shown. Comes with box, tags and stickers.

Size 8 RDT *usually* translates to about the same size as other heritage brands like White’s. The Gleaners last is a bit narrower so I would suggest 1/2 size up.

For reference I’m wear a US 9.5 in New Balance sneakers, size US 10 in Converse 70s, and Brannock size 9-9.5 (27-27.5 cm). I wear RDT in 8 (coupen) - 8.5 (roots).

These in size 8 fit me well with thin socks. This is on the market as an interest check as I kinda prefer 0.5 size up.
