In researching this piece, it looks like it was made around the 1980s-90s time frame.

Marked Chr. Dior on the CD hanging from the extender.
Necklace is about 16 long with a 2.5 extender. Silver toned metal.
Very very minimal wear. I would say it's in great pre-owned condition.
