This is an absolutely showstopper hat from the 1970s'! The hat is made of navy felt. The wide, upturned brimwhich is covered in glitter on the underside, and is edged in a band of beads and rhinestones on the top, and navy velour band on the bottom.. The medium height crown has a scattering of rhinestones. Around the crown there is a navy velour band, plus a sequin and bead "flower" appliqué. The outstanding item is a very large jewel pin piercing the velour edging extension as shown in the photos.
