While the vast majority of lamination errors are smaller or less dramatic, a lamination error coin to this degree and obscuring of the date as a result, is quite rare.
A very unique dramatic Error Wheat Penny.
Surfaces may have been cleaned, I'm not sure, it appears quite red.
