A beautiful Untreated Cabochon of Cuprite (red), Chrysocolla (green), and Tenorite (black) called Sonoran Sunrise from the Milpillas Mine in Sonora, Mexico. In 2019 production at the mine ceased for high quality material. Since then the price of this material has continued to rise with high end specimens similar in size to this cabochon fetching hundreds of dollars or more.
Beautiful rich deep red and green color saturation and an aesthetic pattern. The way I feel when holding this piece is peaceful and serene.
