Vintage, but in great condtion. Funtionality is excellent. Nylon zipper, choker eyelet and buttons on front and bottom. Full skirt. Hip pleats. Ribbed polyester from the days. Size days 16. But, not today's 16. Fits a US 8 fine. The mannequin is a 8. BEAUTIFUL embroidered waist. Light blue and white stripes. Rare find. Please reference all pictures.
