These are vintage, original Mizuno Maruichi (MVC brand) mahjong tiles. They are all-black tiles, with a satisfying weight that makes them easy to hold. You can feel Maruichi's attention to detail in the font used. The tile size is 25 x 18 x 15 mm. In my subjective opinion, I have kept these carefully as part of my collection, so while there is some rust on the handles, the overall condition, including the case, is in excellent condition.
