Absolutely gorgeous vintage Victor Costa dress in excellent condition! The construction of this garment is exquisite. There is a nude slip layer, 4 thick structured layers of tulle, and one soft outer layer of gauzy tulle, which is also used for the upper portion and sleeves of the dress. The 3D floral appliqués are the icing on top. There is a very nice zipper with 3 hook and eye clasps along the back, and the sleeves have small snaps at the wrists.
