This is an acrylic fur jacket from stein.

ACRYLIC LIGHT FUR

Acrylic fur made by densely knitting fine modacrylic fibers on a polyester base fabric. Because it is woven with fine fibers, it has a soft texture and a unique, smooth feel. It is densely woven to create a moderate thickness, and because the weave is made of cotton-like fibers, it is light and has high heat retention due to the air trapped inside.

I purchased it at the end of the year and wore it once.
Since it is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are hesitant.
