Pack contains 22 paper/cardboard hats in a mix of circus clown designs as shown. Hats measure approximately 6 x 6 and include an elastic chin strap to hold them in place whilst being worn.

Perfect for clowning around at a Circus or Carnival themed party!

Vintage and unworn condition, some have damage from storage and age. I have not tested the elastics but lets assume they will need replacement. I have more of SOME of these styles.
