These shoes are new in the box. The box is dirty and does show wear and is a bit broken. the shoes on the inside havebeen tried on and worn around the house so there are a few marks. But overall still new. Make sure you look at the pictures and videos as this does count as part of the item description, there is a small scuff on the right shoe top.
