The fruit has a unique, crisp, tender texture that melts in the mouth, with a distinct pomelo aroma and a balanced sweet and sour taste. It has a total soluble solids (TSS) content of 13-17% and a total acidity of 0.6%, resulting in an excellent sugar-to-acid ratio.

The peel is thin, making it easy to eat, with an edible rate of over 85%. It is easy to peel and does not leave your hands dirty.
