Community Rules & Regulations – Northridge at Camelback
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and residents, please adhere to the following community guidelines:
Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway. Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot on Camelback Drive near the Community Center. All guest's names and license plate numbers must be provided prior to arrival.
Trash Disposal: Do not leave trash outside. Bags must be disposed of in the compactor on Camelback Drive near the Community Center.
Noise: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Security: Security officers regularly patrol the neighborhood for the safety of owners and tenants. All rules and regulations set forth by Northridge at Camelback must be followed under penalty of fine.
Please note that failure to comply with these rules may result in fines or penalties as enforced by the Northridge at Camelback Homeowners Association.
