Please be aware that all guests must be registered with the community prior to their stay. After booking, we will request the names of all adults staying in the home, along with the details of any vehicles, which must also be registered. Additionally, all guests aged three and older are required to purchase a valid amenity badge to access the community's facilities, including lakes and pools. These badges can be obtained at the Welcome Center for a daily fee of $12.00 per person. Thank you for adhering to these community requirements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay!
