Access

This property is located within the gated Penn Estates community. Your stay includes access to Penn Estates' many amenities, including pools, tennis courts, the lake, and more. To ensure a smooth check-in, a short-term rental agreement and vehicle registration are required before your arrival. This agreement must be completed and returned to us at least 4 days prior to your arrival; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your reservation.

All adult guests are required to provide valid identification and include their full names on the lease. Additionally, all vehicles (up to 2) must be registered. During your stay, you will receive passes that grant access to community amenities, including the lake, swimming pools, tennis courts, and more.

Please note that all guests must be 25 years of age or older, with the exception of children accompanied by a legal guardian.
